When our experience in life creates a negative self-perception it can result in:
- Self judgment
- Fear & phobias
- Feeling stuck in life
- Not feeling "good enough"
- Low self esteem
Symptoms like these can cripple our sense of Self, which in turn can have serious ramifications regarding the nature of our interactions with the the rest of the world.
Learning to treat ourselves kindly and without judgment is something which can be learned if we’re willing to face those negative beliefs about ourselves that prevent us from loving ourselves the way we love others. The key is to cultivate and strengthen our connection to the present moment, because it is here that we find our true nature. When we learn to rest in our true nature we can feel at peace.
